Reyaş Yemek Üretim Hizmetleri A.Ş. ('Company') processes and safeguards your personal data in accordance with statutory privacy principles as a registered Data Controller under Turkish Law No. 6698.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Collected data is processed for executing corporate catering agreements, formulating proposals, fulfilling contractual obligations, billing and financial management, customer relationship handling, and statutory legal reporting.
3. Categories of Processed Data
Identification details (name, surname), business contact details (phone, corporate email, address), customer inquiry records, service history, and anonymous technical session cookies.
4. Data Transfer to Third Parties
Personal records are transferred solely within the boundaries of Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK to authorized statutory authorities, financial auditors, and infrastructure hosting providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
5. Data Subject Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, data subjects may inquire whether their data is processed, request rectification of incomplete records, object to unlawful processing, and demand erasure or deletion.
6. Contact & Application Procedure
Data subjects may submit signed written petitions to Demirci Mah. Demirciyolu Cad. No: 8 Nilüfer / BURSA or send authenticated digital communications via registered electronic mail (KEP). Inquiries will be concluded free of charge within 30 days.
